Read the community guidelines- 01Report and blockFrom other people’s profiles, from activity and from chats. A report blocks that person immediately. We usually begin reviewing within 24 hours.
- 02Moderated contentText filters stop known problematic chat content. Reported profiles, photos, Çays and chats can be reviewed and removed, and accounts suspended or banned.
- 03Your controlOrigin and licence plate stay optional and can be removed again. Profile pictures are re-encoded before upload to strip embedded metadata. You can delete your account and its data directly in the app.
